This webinar will equip customers with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the SOLECTRIA® XGI 1500’s graphical user interface and troubleshoot communication issues affecting single or multiple inverters.
Attendees will learn how to use the Advanced Network Configuration page to identify the specific settings required for communication with third-party monitoring platforms and the remote access portal. We’ll also cover common causes and symptoms of communication issues and provide guidance for diagnosing and resolving them.
Finally, the webinar will walk attendees through the First-Time Start Wizard, including how to add newly installed inverters to a new or existing cluster.

Meet Our Presenters
John is a long tenured sales professional with 18 years of experience in the renewable energy industry and 14 years as Regional Sales Manager at Yaskawa Solectria Solar. He earned his BA from Boston College and has built a successful career in various technical sales positions providing solar and energy solutions to many utilities, IPPs, developers and EPCs.
Josias has worked as a technical support engineer at Yaskawa for nearly three years after graduating from the Technological University of Durango as a Renewable Energy Engineer. He is certified in the Residential and Commercial Design of Photovoltaic Systems. He also previously served an internship at a printing company in Mexico City where he oversaw the design of a solar system for the facility, and proposal of implementing an energy management system.
Ryan has worked as a technical support engineer at Yaskawa for three years. He graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Renewable Energy and Sustainability in 2021. His first job out of school was as an array designer with Sunpro Solar Energy Specialists.
